Craig is responsible for day to day technical support, providing assistance to our staff on various hardware and software platforms. He is responsible for maintaining technology inventory and server administration. Craig manages the maintenance of the network and workstation infrastructure assuring all technology assets are up to date and functioning optimally. Craig is also responsible for administration of accounts in all company systems, Salesforce administration, and telephone administration.
Craig studied Management Information Systems at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Craig has held several help desk positions in the past, providing him with valuable experience in information systems. Prior to joining Wingate, Craig worked at Constant Contact as a Compliance Specialist.
Craig is a technology enthusiast. He enjoys traveling, reading, and supporting Boston sports teams.
