Client Relationship Administrator

As a Client Relationship Administrator, Susan manages numerous essential account activities including opening and transferring accounts; handling money requests; addressing account inquiries; conducting research; and overseeing general account maintenance. Susan coordinates all of these tasks with our internal staff as well as outside professionals, such as attorneys and accountants. As a recently designated Certified Financial Transitionist®, Susan supports Carol in successfully guiding her clients through life’s changes such as sudden wealth, retirement or divorce.

Before joining Wingate, Susan worked as a Practice Administrator for fifteen years achieving her Certified Medical Practice Executive designation. Prior to that, she worked as a Corporate Economist for over 10 years, holding positions at Unisys Inc., U.S. Department of Transportation, and McGraw Hill Inc. Susan completed her graduate studies in Economics at Florida Atlantic University.

Susan lives in southern New Hampshire with her family. Outside of work, Susan’s interest lies in supporting local government boards and nonprofit organizations. Susan has held numerous office positions on many nonprofit boards including the PTA, Lighthouse Hospice Foundation, NH Medical Directors Association, Senior Serve Organization, The Guild at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, and The Rye Civic League.
